Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

The Service is offered and intended for use only by firms and individuals located in the United States. You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and located in the United States. If you are using the Service on behalf of a law firm, company, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and that the entity is based in the United States.

2. Services

Immipages provides a software platform that helps immigration law firms generate, review, and publish content — including immigration landing pages, downloadable PDF guides, public resource center content, and multilingual translations — using a structured, source-referenced AI workflow. The Service is provided as a content drafting and publishing aid only, is intended for informational and marketing purposes, and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

The Service is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship between you, your firm, your clients, or Immipages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features, functionality, or data sources, at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for creating and maintaining the security of your account and login credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password and account details confidential.
• Restrict access to your account to authorized users only.
• Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are compromised, used in violation of these Terms, or otherwise pose a security risk.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Our plans are offered on a subscription basis and will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

All payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which means Paddle is the official seller of the Service and is responsible for billing, invoicing, and collecting applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable fees, including any taxes, until your subscription is canceled.

You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and payment information. If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is successfully completed.

5. Trials & Cancellations

Some subscription plans may begin with a free trial or no-credit-card-required offer. The duration and terms of any trial will be specified at the time of sign-up. Trials are intended for evaluation purposes only and may be limited in functionality. At the end of the trial, unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable fees will be charged.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that time. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, or periods of inactivity.

6. Refunds

All subscriptions are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and thus refunds are subject to both this policy (and our separate Refund Policy) and Paddle's refund mechanisms and limitations.

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase (i.e. the first billing period).

• Refunds apply only to the initial purchase.
• Refunds are subject to the time limits imposed by the payment method (e.g. card payments must generally be less than 120 days old).
• We may withhold, prorate, or deny a refund in cases of misuse, fraud, or excessive utilization beyond reasonable evaluation.
• Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method and will generally take 3–5 business days for card payments (or as permitted by the payment processor).
• All refund requests must be submitted via support@immipages.com with your transaction details, within the 30-day window.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including attorney advertising and professional responsibility rules.
• Submitting, uploading, or inputting personal data regarding individual immigration clients, applicants, or case participants (e.g., names, A-numbers, case-specific facts) into the Service.
• Accessing or attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempting to disrupt, overload, interfere with, or impair the proper functioning of the Service or any connected networks.
• Using the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise providing the Service to third parties without our prior written consent.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code or underlying ideas of the Service.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any misuse, including suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Service, including software, branding (including “Immipages” and “Immibrief”), and underlying technology, remain the property of Responsive LLC. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, you own the content you generate using the Service (“Output”) and may use, edit, publish, and distribute it for your business purposes.

9. Third-Party Services and AI Processing

The Service may use or connect to third-party products, services, or platforms, including AI model providers used to generate or refine content, and publicly available immigration resources or URLs you provide to help ground generated content.

Your Responsibility. You acknowledge and agree that your use of any third-party services, and your reliance on any generated content, is solely your responsibility. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party services or source material, and you remain responsible for independently verifying any factual or legal claims before publication.

No Liability. We are not liable for any issues, damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of or reliance on third-party services or generated content, including but not limited to inaccuracies, outages, data loss, or API changes.

Future Integrations. We may add, modify, or discontinue integrations with third-party services at any time, and make no guarantees regarding the continued availability or performance of any integration.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any results, content, or information obtained through the Service will be accurate, complete, current, or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You acknowledge that the Service is not intended to provide legal, financial, or compliance advice, and we disclaim any liability arising from reliance on the Service for such purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and obtaining appropriate attorney sign-off on any generated content before publishing or distributing it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Responsive LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content you publish or distribute, including any failure to adequately review generated content before publication; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access immediately without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions with respect to disputes under these Terms.
